And it is not ready yet.
Why This Exists
Not everyone can tolerate dairy.
That’s reality.
But most “plant-based alternatives” cut corners:
- Flavored bases
- Added probiotics
- No true fermentation
That’s not what we do.
We are building something different — a true bio-ferment, not a substitute.
What We’re Building
A coconut-based cultured system that:
- Supports live fermentation
- Maintains structural integrity post-process
- Delivers a clean, refined flavor profile
- Holds up to the same standard as our dairy line
This is not a watered-down version of our product.
It will stand on its own.
Most products are designed to sell.
This one is being designed to perform.
Where It’s At
Current status:
- Base formulation achieved
- Fermentation successful
- Flavour profile: strong, clean, slightly sharp
What’s being refined:
- Texture stability (eliminating fluid separation)
- Fermentation consistency across batches
- Culture efficiency in a non-dairy medium
- Scalable input sourcing (critical)
We do not release products until they meet standard.
The Constraint
This product requires precision.
Unlike dairy, coconut systems do not allow aggressive backslopping.
Each batch requires controlled culture input.
That means:
- Culture quality matters
- Culture concentration matters
- Supply chain matters
We are currently validating international suppliers to ensure:
- Verified strain integrity
- Reliable CFU delivery
- Long-term scalability
Until that is solved — this does not move forward.
What Makes This Different
This is not:
- Coconut cream + probiotics
- A flavored product
- A marketing play
This is:
- A true fermentation system
- Built on bacterial performance, not branding
- Developed through controlled iteration
If it doesn’t perform — it doesn’t release.
